Behind the Brand: How ToGarnish Makes Premium Garnishes in Puerto Rico

Most cocktail garnishes you buy online were made in a large-scale factory somewhere far from where the fruit grows. ToGarnish is different — and the difference is in every slice.

Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico

ToGarnish was founded and operates out of Caguas, Puerto Rico — a city known for its agricultural heritage and food culture. We source the best available citrus and tropical fruits and process them right here on the island.

This matters for two reasons: freshness and story. Our garnishes go from fruit to finished product in one location, without the long supply chain delays that affect quality. And every bag of ToGarnish carries a real origin story — not a generic label.

The Heat Pump Dehydration Process

We don't use conventional high-heat drying methods that destroy color, flatten flavor, and leave garnishes looking pale and lifeless. Instead, we use a heat pump dehydration process — a low-temperature method that removes moisture slowly and gently.

The result: garnishes that retain their natural color (deep burgundy blood orange, vibrant lime green, warm amber pineapple), their structural integrity, and their visual impact.

No Additives. Ever.

No sugar. No sulfites. No preservatives. No color enhancers. What you see is what the fruit actually looks like when it's dried correctly. We believe that clean ingredients produce the best-looking, best-tasting garnishes — and our repeat customers agree.

Made for Professionals, Available to Everyone

We designed ToGarnish for the demands of professional bar operations — consistency, shelf stability, visual impact at scale. But we made it available to everyone, from the home bartender making one cocktail to the resort bar making five hundred.

Whether you need a 4oz retail pack or a 1LB wholesale bag, you're getting the same product made with the same process.
