1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer the following options:

Standard Shipping: 3 to 8 business days.

Express Shipping: 3 to 5 business days (Recommended for urgent orders).

3. Special Packaging (Aesthetic Guarantee)

Our products are delicate. We use cushioning materials to prevent damage to flowers, dried items, or powders from movement. If you receive a visibly damaged or crushed package, please take a photograph before opening it and contact us immediately.

4. International Shipping (If applicable)

We ship to the US.

Taxes and Customs: ToGarnish is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Addresses and Reshipments

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. If a package is returned to our facilities due to an incorrect address or lack of someone to receive it, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the new shipment.
