Refund and Return Policy | ToGarnish
At GARNISH FOR COCKTAIL ToGarnish | Premium Dried Fruit for Cocktails and Drinks, we strive to offer products of the highest aesthetic and nutritional quality. Due to the nature of our products (edible and decorative ingredients), our return policy is governed by the following conditions:
1. Edible and Hygiene Products
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of edible products (flowers, powders, dehydrated garnishes, etc.) once the security seal has been broken or the original packaging has been opened.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product damaged during shipping or with a manufacturing defect, our priority is to resolve the issue:
Notification Deadline: You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Process: Send an email to info@togarnish.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
Resolution: After evaluating the case, we will resend the product at no additional cost or issue a full refund for the affected item.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping company, cancellation is not possible because the products are perishable or require special handling.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Unclaimed Packages or Incorrect Address
ToGarnish is not responsible for refunds if the package could not be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it was not claimed at the post office within the stipulated time.
